Executive Team:
Andrei Lavrov, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Lavrov founded LATISTA in 2001 as a custom software development solutions provider for the construction industry. From his experience in the industry and in combination with a key customer, LATISTA launched its current construction software suite in 2005. Mr. Lavrov is a professional entrepreneur and has started, grown and successful sold companies throughout his career.
Mr. Lavrov holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Chris Ramsey, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Ramsey is responsible for global day-to-day operations at LATSITA and helped develop LATISTA’s first product offering in 2005. Prior to his current responsibilities Mr. Ramsey was the EVP of Sales and Marketing for LATISTA where he led the development of LATISTA’s sales and marketing teams. Prior to LATISTA, Mr. Ramsey was the Global Senior Vice President of NIC, Inc. At NIC, Mr. Ramsey led the creation of the company’s sales, marketing and public relations organizations. NIC went public during Mr. Ramsey’s tenure raising $130M in capital and grew in size to over $50M in annual revenues. Before NIC, Mr. Ramsey served in various management roles at IBM in operations, sales and international channels. While at IBM, Mr. Ramsey also served on key IBM strategic task forces including supply chain management with GE and was assigned to special projects by the CEO.
Mr. Ramsey holds a BA from Washburn University, Graduated from IBM’s management program and and earned an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Michael Kowalski, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Kowalski is responsible for all sales in the US for LATISTA. Michael has over 12 years experience in enterprise sales of complex solutions for the AEC industry including Oracle Primavera and Merdian Systems. Prior to sales, Mr. Kowalski had successful career managing capital improvements for Marriott Corporation as Project Director of Capital Improvements. He began his career as a Project Engineer with Whiting Turner.
Mr. Kowalski holds a BA in Engineering from University of Maryland.
Patricia Remacle, Vice President of Product Management
Mrs. Remacle is responsible for all aspects of product management at LATISTA. Prior to joining LATISTA, Patricia was at Amber Roadas Director of Product Engineering. Amber Road is a leading provider of trade management solutions with customer’s including Walmart, Dell Computer, Monsanto, and Apple. Prior to Amber Road, Patricia was Vice President of Product Management at Deltek . where she lead a product strategy that included the introduction of mobile applications, analytical dashboards, and a major initiative to re-engineer the core ERP solution on a web-based enterprise architecture. Prior to Deltek Patricia also worked for Service Bench as Senior Product Director. ServiceBench is a SaaS solution that allows manufacturers of consumer electronics and appliances to manage their warranty process and the associated network of independent service providers via the internet. Patricia expanded the product strategy to address the needs of extended warranty providers like Best Buy and Lowes and defined the internationalization and localization requirements to sell ServiceBench solutions globally.
Mrs. Remacle holds a BS, Computer Science from University of Virginia and MS, Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Anatoliy Tishin, Director of Implementation and Consulting
As cofounder of LATISTA, Mr. Tishin has presided over the initial design and implementation of the LATISTA product. Mr. Tishin helped establish LATISTA’s first enterprise customers including Clark Construction, Brasfield and Gorrie and Eli Lilly. Mr. Tishin leads LATISTA’s efforts with global, enterprise customers and has successfully implemented LATISTA in East and Western Europe and Asia. Prior to LATISTA, Mr. Tishin was the Senior System Analyst for WestLake Consulting Group and Terem Group.
Mr. Tishin holds a Masters in Computer Science from Moscow Institute of Electronics Engineering.
