Eli Lilly Manufacturing Case Study E-mail

Eli Lilly & Co. implemented LATISTA quality management and field-automation software, in combination with a disciplined construction quality management program, on IE42, a $400-million, 158,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Kinsale, Ireland. The process reduced the number of QA/QC issues that would impact commissioning, which would, in turn, assured that the facility was delivered on-time and as-specified. LATISTA’s mobile and web-based platform was the centerpiece of this program. It allowed users to conduct inspections and monitor quality on thejobsite while giving Lilly transparency from anywhere in the world. LATISTA unified Lilly’s CQM process in one program for all stakeholders.

Datacenter Case Study E-mail

One large American technology provider and manufacturer selected LATISTA to automate the commissioning process on three datacenters ranging from $50 to $150 million. The LATISTA solution will allow the company to oversee the entire process, collaborate with contractors to ensure things go smoothly, and create a digital library of commissioning documents to use on future projects. As they construct future datacenters, the company will further expand their implementation into quality (QA/QC).

Bovis Lend Lease LIJ Katz Womens' Hospital E-mail

Bovis Lend Lease implemented 50 users, including owners and subcontractors, on LATISTA's web-based and mobile platform. They collaborated to correct deficiencies before rework was necessary, saving time and costs on a $300-million, 295,000 sq. ft. hospital. The automated construction quality system helped them identify and correct 99% of errors during construction, when they could be corrected for a tenth of the cost.

W. E. O'Neil Construction and joint-venture partners Gilbane Company chose to automate their paper-based field processes on the construction of University of Chicago Hospital's $700-million, 1.2-million sq. ft. New Hospital Pavilion. They collaborated with owners and architects and automated subcontractor management using the web-based and mobile LATISTA platform. As a result, they reduced the need for paper management on the jobsite and reduced their manual report creation time from several hours to zero.
