McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., took their “Quality without Question” philosophy to the next level by implementing the project team on LATISTA Field for an $80 million biotech facility. The Owner, A&E firm and 40 subcontractors worked together to manage QA/QC inspections, issues, drawing mark-ups, photos, watch-list, and create drill-down reports showing progress to the entire team.
