LATISTA offers a complex set of training courses to ensure end users and super users are properly trained for effective use of the software. LATISTA also provides customized trainings based on customer processes and procedures to prioritize training to the key elements necessary for organizational or department success. Training courses include functional trainings for quality assurance and control, commissioning, punchlist for super (advanced) users and end users. Each course is designed for interactive hands-on experience with the software. As a continuation of training, LATISTA offers Onsite Support for projects. Onsite support provides a quality construction engineer who has experience in actual construction project delivery to physically walk the jobsite with end users. The purpose of this phase of training is to ensure that end users, while out in the field, successfully complete the completion of processes within LATISTA. Providing onsite support ensures each end user is comfortable with the software and technology solution. |
