Position: Sales Manager

Latista is the leading provider of field management software and services for AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) market. Latista solutions are helping companies manage field operations, customer relationships, enhance partner collaboration, manage quality and create efficiencies across company supply chains and business operations.
Our energetic and aggressive sales team is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill a Regional Sales Manager position. The candidate for this position will be reporting directly to VP of Sales and should be capable of successfully selling in a complex, multi-million dollar solution-sale environments.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling LATISTA software products and services on assigned territory
• Initiate and maintain relationships with “C” level executives within target client base
• Formulating and implementing targeted individual sales plans
• Responsible for appropriate qualification of potential customers
• Responsible for achieving the assigned sales quotas through targeted account list
• Leverage partnerships, networking and relationships to secure new target accounts
• Develop and maintain necessary pipeline to ensure stable sales success
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Professional Services teams to develop proof of concept demonstrations and responses to RFP’s.

 

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

• Honest, likable, dynamic, highly motivated, career-minded, reliable team player
• Prior computer technology (software/hardware) selling experience
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to travel 30%-60% of the time
• Prior enterprise software sales experience is a plus
• Prior AEC and construction market experience is a plus
