RESTON, VA, May 8, 2006 - For Immediate Release:
KSI Services, ranked among the Top 15 multifamily housing developers in the nation and the
largest land developer in Metropolitan, Washington, today selected Latista’s industry-leading
solution, Latista Field Service, to manage quality and warranty issues.
Latista Field Service solution is an innovative software package designed to improve
performance and effectiveness of mobile workers. It integrates a low-light digital
camera for issues capture with punch list management tools and converts work orders
from English to Spanish and 10 other languages. The software also automatically
synchronizes wirelessly with a server for centralized management and reporting.
KSI selected Latista Field Service to achieve the following project goals:
• Improve quality control of performed construction
• Increase speed of warranty issue resolution
• Manage quality of work from subcontractors
• Strengthen relations with subcontractors through improved work order management
