Drees Homes, the country’s eighth largest private builder, today selected LATISTA’s industry-leading solution,
Latista Field Service, to manage quality and warranty operations.
Latista Field Service solution is an innovative software package designed to improve construction
quality control and warranty management processes leading to improved operational performance.
It is a Tablet PC-based solution with very easy-to-use interface, integrated digital camera for
issues capture, flexible forms/punchlists management tools, translation of work orders to Spanish
and 10 other languages, and business workflow functionality.
Drees Homes selected Latista Field Service to achieve the following project goals:
- Reduce construction cycle time through improved communication with subcontractors
- Improve quality management process to reduce rework and warranty repairs
- Manage quality of subcontractors’ work via better work orders distribution process
Jack Herbstreit, vice president of production for Drees Homes, expressed his enthusiasm about Latista
Field Service. "This new solution will help manage the quality of work from our subcontractors and
