Recent staff additions to Latista professional services team bolsters customer relationship

Latista, the leader in field management solutions for construction, is pleased to announce its recent addition to the services team. Lauren Masser and Yin Hou joined as Project Managers and Sam Kharidi joined as a Senior Project Manager. Within their roles at Latista, the new hires will deliver best in-class service to Latista customers, ensuring smooth deployment of Latista and rapid adoption by end-users.
As a Senior Project Manager, Kharidi brings significant experience managing projects and clients both within and outside the construction business space, which will be a great asset to Latista clients. Kharidi has a background of delivering quality service and value to large client companies, and has excelled in leadership responsibilities at previous roles. Prior to Latista, Kharidi was a Client Services Manager at Paragon Systems where he was responsible for more than 70 customers’ relationship management, project delivery and support. Kharidi also worked as an Information Management Analyst at Wells Fargo. He is a certified PMP and has a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems.
In her role, Masser will be working on client management / retention solutions, services business development as well as managing client projects. Prior to Latista, Masser worked as a project manager for multiple international conferences and events, working with clients such as FIFA, Formula 1, and the Olympic Committee, across geographies of the Middle East, South Africa and Mexico. Her background, managing complex and high-profile events, as well as her international experience will be a great asset to Latista customers.
In her new role as Project Manager at Latista, Hou will be responsible for managing key clients’ projects from start to finish. She is PMP certified and has a strong background in overseeing complex projects and building productive client relationships. She is a dedicated manager who ensures projects get done in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Prior to Latista, Hou was a Project Manager at Price Waterhouse Cooper (formerly Ray Group, International). In addition to her project management experience, she also served in technical roles for large consulting firms such as Accenture, and holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
The new appointments come at a great time with the new functionalities and features of Latista for iPad, made available to customers earlier this year. “Latista is experiencing stable growth and great customer interest with the launch of Latista for iPad version 2.0 and upcoming improvements to the software,” said Tara Cordova, Vice President of Professional Services at Latista. “The depth of experience, leadership acumen, and track record of success of the new hires is exactly what Latista needs for its next major phase of growth and improved customer satisfaction.
